Container Construction
Our containers are made of welded steel profiles with reinforced corners and durable frames. The pressure-resistant walls, made from water-repellent sandwich panels, offer effective insulation. The standard color is light grey, but almost any RAL color can be selected. Doors, electrical outlets, lighting, and heating are included. Customization of equipment and windows is possible.
Base Frame
Welded steel construction made of hollow and rolled profiles according to DIN EN 1090. Protective primer with 2-component primer, 20-30 μm, painting 80-120 μm with polyacrylate-based paint, in the RAL color of the client's choice. The corners are equipped with mounting brackets (corner castings), housings made of 5 mm steel sheet. The standard version of this frame is stackable in two levels according to the verified structural analysis, meaning a facility with three levels—ground floor/1st and 2nd upper floors—can be designed with this base frame.
Floor (from outside to inside)
0.7 mm galvanized profiled sheet as a blind floor. The sheets are riveted onto the floor cross beams according to the structural analysis. At least 80 mm mineral wool insulation, brand Prefizol, fire behavior according to DIN 4102, thermal conductivity coefficient (k) = 0.426 W/m²K, or as required, according to EnEV. A 0.2 mm polyethylene sheet serves as a vapor barrier. 19 mm (minimum) chipboard V100, protection class F0 (formaldehyde-free), brand Spanatex, according to DIN 68 763, screwed onto profile steel beams (floor cross beams according to the structural analysis). 1.5 mm PVC flooring, laid in sheets, fully glued, joints homogeneously welded, wall/floor connections sealed with permanently elastic material. A hard-core skirting board forms the wall finish.
Traffic load of the floor: 2500 N/m².
Increasing the traffic load is possible upon customer request. Design and prices available upon request.
Roof
0.75 mm galvanized profiled sheet, corrugation depth of 40 mm, ventilated, resting and fastened with specially bent roof profiles according to the structural analysis, welded flush with the frame construction. At least 80 mm mineral wool insulation, brand Prefizol, fire behavior according to DIN 4102, thermal conductivity coefficient (k) = 0.465 W/m²K, or as required, according to EnEV. A 0.2 mm polyethylene sheet serves as a vapor barrier. 10 mm melamine resin-coated chipboard on both sides, protection class F0 (formaldehyde-free), brand Spanatex, according to DIN 68 765, white decor, riveted onto profile steel beams (roof cross beams according to structural analysis) with aluminum blind rivets. The rivet heads are covered with color-matching plastic caps. All joints and corner connections are equipped with special plastic strips. The roof is designed for a roof load of 1250 N/m².
Roof Drainage
The roof drainage is carried out via four PVC downpipes (DN 60) integrated into the corner posts, which are connected to a pipe fitting installed in the upper container sections. Upon request and for an additional charge, we can provide the container with a sloped or cold roof. This roof structure consists of steel profiles, with the roof covering made from galvanized trapezoidal profile sheets. Roof drainage is managed via suspended galvanized gutters and two downpipes mounted at the container corners. The roof drainage system is installed behind a 6-fold bent parapet, made from galvanized steel sheet, approximately 1 mm thick, screwed onto the roof frame with brackets. The parapet is coated with a UV- and weather-resistant 2-component paint. The height of the parapet is 500 mm.
Custom Options
The room modules can be customized according to your individual preferences. Special requests, such as a sanitary unit, wind protection, forklift pockets, custom room layouts, extensive and custom electrical installations (like outlets, grid lights, etc.), electric heaters, frost guards, fans, air conditioning units, etc., can be considered.
